HB 8 Concealed handgun permits; decreases local law-enforcement background investigation fee.
HB 21 School boards; employee firearms training.
HB 43 Federal firearms laws; enforcement.
HB 48 Firearms; possession following conviction of certain crimes, penalty.
Bills similar to HB 48 have been introduced before and failed because there are already laws that cover this situation.
