New York State Rifle and Pistol Association vs. New York City

As was mentioned in last Friday's eBullet, VSSA joined an amicus brief in the above reference case challenging New York City's ban on taking a licensed handgun out of the licensee’s home; the only exception to that ban is that the handgun may be taken to a gun range within the City. The U.S. Supreme Court decided earlier this year to hear an appeal to the 2nd Circuit's finding in favor of New York City. You can find a copy of the brief by clicking here.
