The Blaze has the story here. ABC's Nightline was doing a story on the increase in women shooters and as part of the segment interviewed 10 year-old Shyanne Roberts and her dad. When the reporter was sittting with Shyanne in the woods talking about the firearms she likes to shoot, the reporter admitted how it all made her "a little nervous." Shyanne did not miss a beat responding: "If you learn how to handle them right and not hurt yourself, it's not scary at all. It's pretty fun." Of course ABC also spoke with a gun ban advocate who said children should not have firearms because they are not physically able to handle them. Shyanne proves her wrong.
