The Virginian Pilot reports that Virginia received special note from the Brady Campaign yesterday. The reason? Because Virginia repealed the ban on carrying concealed in restaurants like Applebees and Olive Garden, establishments that serve alcohol in addition to food.

Virginia received a Brady score of 16 out of 100, a score that Brady claims qualifies Virginia as a great place for "gun runners."
Using Brady's scoring system, I guess ATF's record with Operation Fast and Furious would earn a score of zero out of 100 and the distinction of the nation's top gun runner.
