State Senator Robert Hurt has defeated incumbent Congressman Tom Perriello. Perriello is the second endangered incumbent to go down to defeat in Virginia. This is another wash regarding how it affects the 2nd Amendment.
In the 2nd, Glenn Nye, the third endangered incumbent is still trailing Scott Rigell. The fourth endangered incumbent, Gerry Connolly in the 11th, has a slight lead in that race.
On a related note, according to Dave Kopel, gun owners are up five in the U.S. Senate compared to the current congress.
