WSJ: Connecticut Court Rules Manufacturer of AR-15 Used at Sandy Hook Can Be Sued on Marketing of Gun.

The Wall Street Journal just reported that the suit brought by families of victims of the Sandy Hook School Shooting can proceed on how the gun was marketed. The case will now return to the trial court to move forward on those claims. The court did toss several other victim claims, finding they were barred by federal law.
