Will Gun Control Do More for Ralph Northam than Hillary Clinton?

Lt. Governor and current candidate for Governor Ralph Northam is making gun control a central part of his campaign for Governor this year.  NBC29 has the story.


Northam seems to think his experience in the state legislature will be helpful to do what others before him have not been able to do, pass gun control.
