Prosecutions for Lying on Federal 4473 Form Drop Under Obama

Prosecutions of criminals who attempt to buy a firearm by lying on the Federal 4473 Form have dropped 14% under Obama.  William La Jeunesse of Fox News predicts that Universal Background Checks (criminalizing private sales) is "likely to pass on Captitol Hill"

Not if gun owners have any say about that.
