Is This the Year for Sunday Hunting in Virginia

On Sunday, the Richmond Times Dispatch ran this article asking if Sunday Hunting is gaining traction in the General Assembly.  It points out that the formerly fragmented groups supporting repeal of the ban have now joined forces.

Just recently, a group of prominent politicians and sportsmen, including Dels. Albert Pollard and William Janis, and former state Sen. Ken Stolle, started the Virginia Sunday Hunting Coalition (virginiasundayhunting.org) to push for a repeal.

As posted earlier today, the bills will get their first hearing in the Senate tomorrow.
